Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Reps AI, covering your use of the Reps AI iOS app and this website. By using the app, you accept them.

What Reps AI is

Reps AI is a workout journal. You type what you did, and AI turns the note into a structured record. It can also draft a session from your history and surface coaching goals based on what you have logged. It requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later.

Not medical or professional advice

Generated workouts, coaching tips, and computed numbers such as estimated one-rep maxes are informational. They are produced by software from your own log — they are not medical advice, and no output of the app is a substitute for the judgment of a physician or a qualified coach. Lifting weights carries risk. You are responsible for training within your own limits and for getting professional advice where your health calls for it.

AI output can be wrong

The parser reads shorthand, and shorthand is ambiguous. The app shows you what it understood before anything is saved, and you can edit every field. You are responsible for confirming that the record matches what you did. No guarantee is made that AI output — parses, generated sessions, or tips — is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method. Your workout data remains yours; we claim no ownership of it. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the app or its servers, and don’t use the AI features for anything other than their intended purpose. Access may be suspended to protect the service or other users.

Warranty and liability

Reps AI is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reps AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including training injuries or loss of data.

Changes and termination

The app and these terms may change as the product evolves. If the terms change materially, the date at the top of this page will change. You can stop using the app at any time, and can ask for your account to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
