Support requests go straight to Reps AI — not a ticket queue. If something parsed wrong, sync looks off, or you can’t sign in, write and it gets read.

What helps in a bug report

• Your iOS version and iPhone model.
• For parsing issues: what you typed into the composer, and what the app showed in “Here’s what I got.”
• Roughly when it happened, so the logs are findable.

Deleting your account

Ask Reps AI support from the account you want removed — the account and everything synced to it will be deleted. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
