Privacy Policy

Reps AI is an independently built and operated iOS app. This policy describes what the app collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: your workout log lives on your iPhone first, a copy syncs to your account so you don’t lose it, your notes are processed by AI only to power the features you invoke, and nothing is sold or used for advertising.

What the app stores

• Your account. You sign in with Apple or with an email address and password. With Sign in with Apple you can hide your real email. We store the account identifier and email so you can sign back in.
• Your workout log. Workouts, exercises, sets, and weights are stored on your device first, and synced to your account so reinstalling the app or moving to a new iPhone doesn’t erase your history.
• Your preferences. Settings like units and your exercise catalog sync with your account for the same reason.

What gets sent to AI

The AI features run on our servers, not on your phone. When you log a workout, the text of your note is sent to our server and processed by an AI model to turn it into structured exercises, sets, and weights. When you ask Reps AI to create a workout or when it computes coaching tips, relevant workout history is sent the same way. This data is used to produce the response you asked for — nothing else.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t show ads or share your data with advertisers.
• We don’t collect location, contacts, photos, or health data from other apps. There is no camera feature and nothing records you while you train.

Security

Sign-in credentials are held in the iOS Keychain, not in plain storage. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes the local copy of your log from your device. To delete your account and everything synced to it, ask Reps AI support from the account and it will be removed.

Children

Reps AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page will change with it. Continued use of the app after a change means the new policy applies.
